Kusanya is independent. References to M-PESA describe a planned payment experience and do not imply that Kusanya is owned, endorsed, certified, or sponsored by Safaricom PLC.

The Kusanya name, Gather Fold mark, interface designs, website text, and related brand materials are protected content. You may view the site for personal informational use but may not copy or present the product as your own.

Final customer agreement
