Kusanya is still in its pre-launch phase. Live customer support and payment case handling are not active yet.

Payment concern?

Do not send another payment based on a website preview. This site cannot check or reconcile an M-PESA transaction.

Only use an invitation inside the official Kusanya app after it has been released through a verified app store listing.

Do not share your M-PESA PIN, passwords, OTP codes, full payment reference, or identification documents.

Official support channels are coming with the controlled pilot.

Case numbers, transaction-linked help, status updates, and escalation will be available inside the app.
